Fontaine Lee is Senior Vice President and Managing Director in the business development group, and is based in Cumberland Trust’s Atlanta office. Fontaine builds working relationships with external advisors and their clients through trust and estate services. Prior to joining Cumberland Trust in 2010, Fontaine worked in development with Atlanta-based Reliance Trust and with a multi-family office. Additional experience includes roles in private wealth management and capital markets, including roles at Citigroup in Fixed Income Sales and Trading, where she focused on tax-exempt offerings.
Fontaine holds a B.A. in English and Sociology from Vanderbilt University. She received an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from Emory University.
Fontaine is a native of Atlanta and is a board member of the Agape Youth and Family Center, Whitefoord Community Program, and the Forestburgh Playhouse. She is a past board member of Executive Women of Goizueta and Past-President of the Suzuki School PVA, Buckhead Campus, and is active in the Atlanta Vanderbilt Club. Fontaine is a graduate of the Philanthropic Advisors Leadership Institute and the Atlanta Women’s Foundation Destiny Fund program. She also co-developed the L.E.A.D. program for Leadership Atlanta.
